Triangle patches

Power Thrashing Debt
Sat, 13/06/2020 - 00:46

I am in search of thrash metal triangle patches, 9.5 cm/3.75 in max size. Preferably upside down. I listen to pretty much any old school thrash band, but I already have a Forbidden triangle patch sewn in a different spot so don't mention that one. I also know of the Xentrix one. Other than that, feel free to help me out

Here's one, however I'm on the hunt for some old school heavy metal/NWOBHM ones for my jacket personally.

I know of several, but you cna also use "triangle' as a keyword in the TSS search filter with or without a band name. There's a good handful out there from many famous bands, but they're less frequent than Square Patches I'd say, and for some reason they can be more expensive. There are a variety of sellers here on TSS that sell patches enmasse from across the globe, be it Europe, Asia, or even America, so you'l quite spoiled for choice in terms of sellers.

Up-side down:
Slayer: South of Heaven (comes in 2-3 border colors. Best found here on TSS and can be found on ebay. https://tshirtslayer.com/patch/slayer-south-heaven-patch-7
Slayer: Goat skull with name: VERY rare. I've only seen ONE in a year and a half ago and I was able to nab it here on TSS.
Metallica: Ride the Lightning. Best found here on TSS.
Venom: Black Metal. Easily found on Ebay or here.
Iron Maiden: Some Where in Time: Black or Green border.

Right-side up:
Iced Earth: Night of the Storm Rider. Easily attainable, VERY common, and NOT limited edition... ... ... Can be found here on TSS or Ebay.
Iron Maiden: Power Slave, Somewhere in time/Heaven can wait, Legacy of the Beast. Not exactly Thrash Metal but I think it's ok to list 'em.
Bathory: Goat.

Come to think of it, Iron Maiden probably has the BIGGEST amount of patch diversity than any other band (but there are a few contenders,) you'd have several suits riddle with different patches and still probably not have every single one, and they come in all sorts of sizes, colors, stitching patterns. Even bands like Nifelheim have a triangle patch or two.

Anyway, this is what comes to mind, I'm sure you'll find a lot more out there from other famous bands. My advice, check out lsits of Thrash bands you like and see if they have them, and then check out Thrash bands you've never heard of and you'll probably get turned onto some new music in the process!

That Slayer patch is really nice, but I already have a Slayer patch so that's a shame. And honestly, I'm not a Maiden fan. I'll try to find that RtL patch though, it's my favorite Metallica album, so that'd be good

Which Slayer patch did you get?

Yea, it's also my fav of theirs and easily their most complex album. I wish there was a bit more interesting stiching on that 'Tallica triangle patch, but for what it is I still plan to get one at some point.

Best of luck on your hunting.

Mmmm, I think I know that one.

It’s not thrash metal but in addition to the others mentioned above there is a King Diamond Abigail triangle patch that looks decent
