Totally rotten, this is actually one of my very first vests from the 2000, it was redone numerable times,it has seen hundreds of patches through the years it was buried on a cemetery for a month (thought that is a good idea when i was younger hehe i do not question my younger self!), the fabric is thin like paper, the inside is reinforced with old army fabric, i used leftover patches for a final sewing session for the sake of it , never going to use this one
