It's a bootleg from Patch-Depot on eBay. I've seen it there a few times with a "buy it now" option. $9.99 if I remember correctly and free shipping. It's woven and is good quality, so not a bad deal imo.

Really amazing vest! I love the Bathory logo on the back, is it an official patch (because it looks like there's a copyright sign on it)?

Yes it is an official patch. Here's a better picture http://tshirtslayer.com/patch/bathory-strip-patch I think it reads 2003. And the vest is really great !
