Is yours also a little short and tighter in the shoulders? I’m not sure how these are supposed to fit. Really nice jacket either way.

These jackets were designed to fit short, but it looks fine on me. Not comically short by any means. The belt sits just below my waistline. Mine doesn't feel tight in the shoulders, either. I think you may just have a jacket that is slightly too small for you.
