I don´t know much about patches and rubber patches but I belive that the patch was made in the 80´s ?!( or somewhere around that time ?!):

He says it was made in Europe , it might have been made , but then again I´m not a patch expert .
This other guy from TSS has a version different than yours and he says he was made in Hungary , perhaps he can tell you more about it

I got it in a lot with another patch, which was also a rubber one. I wasn't sure is it was a bootleg or official, or anything of the sort. Thank you so much, I'll ask them when I get the chance! Really appreciate it man.
