Iron Maiden Battle Jacket
Started this jacket back in 2011. I decided I wanted to make a one-band jacket dedicated to Iron Maiden. Took some time to gather all the patches, but after awhile it turned out nicely. The only issue is the size. I rushed into finding a jean jacket and it is about 2 sizes too big, but with a coat or leather jacket it fits nicely. Cannot really wear it without one, but I did wear it to the Maiden England tour this summer.
As far as patches go, many are new editions, but there are a couple original ones.
On the front, the Beast Over Hammersmith/Beast on the Road and The Number of the Beast [single] are both original from 1982. Very old and delicate.
On the back, the middle The Number of the Beast [album] is original.
I drew the logos with Sharpie when the jacket was very bare and needed decoration, but they look a bit odd now.
