Did a little research on this 'Death Adders' thing. Its a hipster clothing line. They took some band logos and artwork and turned it into their shirts. They took Deaths logo (the one you see now), Nuclear Assaults logo (ToxikAssaults link), Vic Rattlehead, Metallica's Kill 'Em All, and Anthrax's NOT man and made their own versions of them and put them on shirts to sell.
there are two. right arm, top: modified nazi skull (could be wrong about that one , though. looks like it from here at least). and left arm, middle: hand and whip.

dont know about the hand and whip, but the first i dont think so. for one, death in june uses a traditional ss totenkopf. and also a 6 to symbolise june. not a huge fan, so cant be sure either way.
@ dana. I refuse to leave flames for the particular post do do my difference of opinion. Being a prick is not me and I just don't have the heart to give something on TS one flame. If I don't like it then I won't leave a flame. I will just give a thought out explanation or just go find something I do like and comment. But, this has the old DEATH logo so I need to comment. I think that the person who made this coat deserves one flame, not the up-loader. It's obvious you like Death and bought this with good intentions (hence you thought it was funny...a good intention to me). So, no problem there.
I am not surprised by this at all seeing as how Chuck Schuldiner's mother sold the rights to Hot Topic for them to start carrying Death merchandise (I still respect her regardless of my disagreement with that move). Seeing as how these are mostly thrash bands (with exception of Death) they're influenced by, this proves my point on a certain type of current thrasher (a "wannabe thrasher" I call it). back when I lived in Florida (god forbid that cesspool of St.Petersburg, FL), I noticed a lot of people of my generation suddenly going from "preppy skater kid" to "thrash kid"(wannabe) seemingly overnight. Often more did I get asked because of the kutte I wore if I knew them. I always responded with a slight under toned no! but what I was really thinking was "DON'T YOU EVER COMPARE ME TO THOSE TWATS...YOU HEAR ME! I AM NOTHING LIKE THEM!". That was then but it kind of gives the rest of us that really like thrash a bad name. Same goes for the ones that enjoy skating for the passion of it (a lot of fellow bangers on this site do and I support that. Remember when skating was something that just pissed the neighborhood off? I sure do!) and not to make it into some trend but don't want to be grouped with those "preppy/trendy type skaters that do it just too "look cool" that we so often see. A lot of girls fall for those kind of dickheads all the time. It's a reason why I quit it because of what the sport was becoming (I still have my board though as it is a wonderful memory of growing up). All it takes is one group to ruin it for the rest and make society think we share the same ground with them when in fact we don't. The moral of the story is that every culture has almost lost its meaning in this day and age. From spiritual beliefs, to music, to brewing beer. Only a small select bunch keep the original intent alive (whatever that intent may be)and we often get shit for it. Thrash became a trend just like in the late 80's and I'm worried that the love of old school death metal will be next. To quote a YouTube user "here comes 2016 when old school death metal is love by every mall rat ever". It's just like how the Tampa scene started getting trendy in the mid 90's. History will always repeat itself whether one likes it or not. I even noticed that in Portland, Oregon, people are all about the Stockholm thing and NWOBHM thing now. But wait a minute, wasn't thrash all the rage a couple of years ago there? I smell trend hoppers! It's a sad reality that I refuse to be apart of. I don't care if thrash has "gone out of style" so say the naysayers (this is the same shit they pulled in the early 90's with the rise of death metal). I will like that fucking music until I am dead and in the ground. Same goes with all the other form of metal I listen to. Oh well, fuck them and onward I go! Do what thou wilt is my way of life!
death adders? thats mishka nyc clothing and i'm not certain if they ripped off death in june, i think they are authorized. probably not for using the death logo though.

Death Adders, I have heard that one before! I still haven't figured out what is this Death Adders, surely not a band! Even Ed Repka has made art for Death Adders shirt http://www.highsnobiety.com/uploads/RTEmagicC_mishka_tees.jpg.jpg

if that is true, seems like something to avoid.

I think it's quite obvious, where they got the "inspiration" from. just do a Google picture search:
