This was the best i could do with the patches i have. It's very difficult to find patches here in India and i have to order & wait for a very long time to let them reach me from other countries. If you have any suggestions how i can make it better than i'm all ears. Thanks!

Well, would help a lot to see the front also, but, out of the blue, I'd say that the Cut-Out shaped patches are usually "fillers" as in they fit a lot better in spaces left by a padron of squared or rectangular shaped patches.

Usually vests are either wall-of-patches or they maintain a layout that is simmetrical. For example, if you have a round-shaped patch on your left shoulder, you probably have one too on your right one. Looks good because it maintains a certain padron. I would take out the cut-out patches and fill those gaps with big ones. Also, look at your Psycroptic patch and the tiny gap that exists between the BS and the Hate Eternal one, you cant fit a patch there unless its a vertical one which is quite unusual.
