I have the same Rotting Christ patch, it's a cool one. I might use it for my new vest.
I like the jacket but I think you could add more stuff to the front to achieve some sort of symmetry.

Cool. I also have a larger version of the same patch.
I personally don't like symmetrical patching on my own vests. It's cool that most people construct them that way, and I like looking at them, but I just go with what feels good.
