Megadeth 3rd jacket update
Major jacket update.
Removed: Dio, Ozzy, and Fear Factory. Will sew on later. Moved to fit on Abigail and Barbatos. Plan to remove GN'R patch in favor of a smaller one. Might get a different Fear Factory patch. Might move Megadeth and ZZ Top to smaller spaces in between patches.
Plan to add: Bathory, Venom,
The Abigail pins and Barbatos pin are from Yasuyuki's Abigail shop.

Nice looking print- Just judging by the cut, the presumably double-stitched body, and that tag, I highly doubt this is original from 80s.

I have not. I'll have to check them out tomorrow after work. At the moment I've been digging Contrast Attitude, older Doraid stuff and just now started listening to Hellhound, after hearing them awhile back but never giving them a full listen. Another on the to do list! haha

dude, didnt notive it was your jacket on first sight. i started lookeing at the top patches, especialy the Abigail and Barbatos combination, and only later noticed the Motoko patch. and straight after that i was bombared with anime patches i didnt notice it before..
its looking good man. some great bands.
man, i watched Gunsmith Cats last week. its pretty cool. took me pretty long. but i have a lot of spare time this season to watch older animes since there pretty much no (airing) anime to watch on the first half of the week.
i ordered the Contrast Attitude / Acrostix split this week. nice to see you also like some japanese punk. might make a tribute jacket to japanese punk. there some kickass bands there.

Yeah I'd like to buy more of japanese punk shit but at the moment I have no room for vinyl or tape shit.... I've got so much crap and no where to store it so all I can really do is rely on digital or CD. Tapes and vinyl are fat! Funny thing, I only recently picked up on contrast attitude. I ordered some Abigail stuff from Yasuyuki and he just threw some random stickers in the package and one of them is a giant ass Contrast Attitude one. I looked them up on youtube and that entire album was sick raw shit!

No it's Priss Asagiri from an 80's anime called Bubblegum Crisis. She wears a 'hardsuit' and fights these bioroids called 'Boomers'. similar to terminators. She does have an arm canon that functions kinda like megaman's lol

haha thanks! A lot of people love it at the conventions. I have some more patches coming in the mail form a print shop in italy of more anime/manga shit, mostly from Johji Manabe's manga from the 80's, some outlaw star and project a-ko.

Yes they are very good. Johji Manabe is a great story teller. Outlanders, Caravan Kidd, and Drakuun are the 3 manga he has out in English and German I think. But they're considered his best 3 manga. There is also Capricorn and Dora, both of which I own, that are only in japanese unfortunately and no translations exist online.

Unfortunately not XD. Someone was selling them on eBay and I just HAD to buy them! Even though I cannot read them I still wanted them to look at and for collectors sake. I practically worship everything manabe does lol. Yeah I read a lot of old manga from the 80's and 90's. There's a lot of hidden gems out there from the past on both manga and anime. Another great title is Gunsmith Cats from 1991. That's what I have on my back patch.
