It's Wotan in that picture. And the text seems to be in old Scandinavian language. Definitely not Ukranian ;) But very nice shirt indeed. Hope you like yours. I definitely like mine!

To be honest I didn't have time to focus on every shirt I received today (by the way, thanks again for letting me know about that sale), so I just made a quick description, and you're absolutely right, it is completely inaccurate.
Now that I'm having a closer look, it seems obvious that the text is not in Eastern European language, indeed!
