Also (you probably wouldn't understand because you're not from America), we have a huge gang problem involving mainly, African American kids between my age and 30. Because of these kids, blacks are stereotyped here for so much bad shit and those are the blacks Nugent refers to. The gangs are giving an entire group of people a bad name. And straight up, it sucks.
