Crossover Vest

Fozzy
Mon, 03/08/2009 - 03:17

Well this is my most recent vest that I have. I have a good mixture of patches on it. Mostly punk since I go to a lot of local shows so thats how I get a majority of my patches.

I give your vest my full respect because there's not stupid Municipal Waste patches on it.

what the fuck is wrong with the waste!?

In my opinion, they're a bit average compared to a lot of crossover bands. Of course I still like them for keeping the spirit alive.

well it depends on what you think average is. In my opinion the waste is amazing. Ofcourse all their albums sound the same, but thats whate i like about them. Their brutal, and dont have too much change.

I grew tired of Municipal Waste after I realized how much 'The Art of Partying' is such a shitty album. Toxic Holocaust is the same case making them just as if not more terrible than Waste though. FUCK POSER THRASH!

I really don't like TH on CD (though I have to admit I only heard one song on CD...), the voice just sounds like shit in my ears... But they're a great live band, had a lot of fun at their concert. But I still wouldn't listen to them on CD, a bit too simple sound...

Their early stuff is pretty good.

Toxic holocaust is great as is municipal waste. The only thing i dont like about either one is that most of their songs sound the same. But their still kick ass. IN my opinion

Hey, that's cool with me, man. I just don't see what the big deal about them is. All of their songs sound the same. That concept died out when AC/DC branded that idea. The only difference is that AC/DC can still get away with that.

It's all thrash anyways, and even just average thrash is better than most music out there. It would be lame if everyone liked all the same bands. But it's nice to see I'm not the only one who isn't so much into Municipal Waste or Toxic Holocaust.
