Reminded me of Behemoth - Demigod (http://tshirtslayer.com/item/behemoth-4) but those flesh-colored extensions do not add up. Must be some post-millenium death-metallish band with clear and technical production, if the color scheme is any indication.

Logic dictates that you will not pick a shirt of a band that sucks, which eliminates stuff like In Flames & Co with their postmodern tentacle tendril designs. What appear to be holes or blisters in the right extension though is utterly disconcerting... There's something nasty and brutal behind all this. There are almost certainly bones or skulls involved.
