I'm new so forgive me if this is something obvious, but this isn't on a shirt, only on a patch. At least, not on a shirt I can find on this site. I'll delete this comment if I need to, but I thought I linked the correct image.
It's defnitely the right answer. There is NO tshirt with this design on TSS. And it looks like the sample was taken from the patch you pasted. Congratulations and welcome to the game :)
The red border one is the rarest of the bunch. I've only seen them a handful of times.
