Ian Hunter's self titled debut sees him picking up where he left off with Mott the Hoople: glammy hard rock with an introspective edge. The riffs are provided by former Bowie axeman, Mick Ronson. After this album, Ian would move away from the Mott sound for a more traditional rock style.
