I ordered a longsleeve from this shop on August 19 and I still didn't receive it. They provided a tracking number which said the same thing: that the parcel is "in transit". However, about 2 days ago the parcel's status changed to "expired". First I contacted them in September and they told me to be patient because the postal system is very slow due to the Covid 19 situation. Then I contacted them again on October 8 and they told me to contact the store manager - which I did twice - but he never answered me.
I'm not sure if it's their fault or if it's the Ukrainian postal system's fault.
Anyone else had problems with this company?

Had a similar experience; made an order and no tracking number/shipping confirmation was issued; I emailed them after a few weeks to ask if it had shipped. They emailed me back three more weeks(!) later saying it had been shipped and rejected by the post office - it's been two months now. I can't tell if they were bullshitting or not about shipping because they never sent me a tracking number. I emailed back and asked them to cancel the order because I was moving and didn't know my address yet (work circumstances). Another week after went by and they emailed me back to inform that "sorry they had already sent it". This time I did receive a tracking number - which seemed to show them shipping it several days after I had asked them to cancel it.
In summary, they got my cancellation request and knew the package would never reach me, but ignored the request and deliberately sent the package off into the abyss of undeliverable mail so they could keep the money.
I heard this store used to be good, but that certainly wasn't my experience.

My order has been sent. Waiting for it. Definitely was given a tracking and is on the way. The stories you 2 are describing sound totally sloppy.
