I ordered a longsleeve from this shop on August 19 and I still didn't receive it. They provided a tracking number which said the same thing: that the parcel is "in transit". However, about 2 days ago the parcel's status changed to "expired". First I contacted them in September and they told me to be patient because the postal system is very slow due to the Covid 19 situation. Then I contacted them again on October 8 and they told me to contact the store manager - which I did twice - but he never answered me. I'm not sure if it's their fault or if it's the Ukrainian postal system's fault. Anyone else had problems with this company?
