Formerly located in Florida, USA. Have an ebay store with virtually the same prices and stock. (http://stores.ebay.com.au/metalnegrostore/) Mainly sells various patches from multiple genre, stocks bootleg and official patches. I've bought patches from their ebay store. The price was above average but shipping was a bit much. Delivery was a tad slow as well. A bit more than a month to Australia. Patch quality was alright, nothing special. I don't really buy from here unless I really want/need a particular patch.
