I was already wondering whether there would be a Time II patch. Was thinking about grabbing one, but I'm quite disappointed to see it is a printed patch š„²

The most disappointing part of it is I emailed the customer service before ordering asking if itās woven like the time 1 patch and they told me yes. At least the shirt is really nice quality

Got the same, and before ordering I specifically asked if it was printed or woven. They said woven, so now Iām very annoyed that itās not. š¤¬

I did the same thing I emailed the customer service asking if it is woven - they told me 100% woven patch. So I was very disappointed when I opened my package today and itās printed.

Iām sending a stern mail when I actually get my package and can include a picture. I suggest you do the same: they at the very least should learn the difference between printed and woven, and there is strength in numbers!

I just emailed them expressing my disappointment as well.
And this a reason is why bootleg patches exist - poor quality of official merchandise, sad to see.

Exactly, I love buying official patches and prefer to buy them, but if the official quality is poor or no official patch exists for a design I like and there are good quality woven bootlegs available, Iām 100% buying it.

They responded to my email and gave me a 7 euro credit good until end of the year. Doubt Iāll use it though.
They told me that the patches were maybe supposed to be woven but was changed to printed for whatever reason.

I havenāt listened to the album yet, waiting for when I can listen with my good headphones uninterrupted for an hour
but nothing beats the first album and Iām guessing Iāll feel the same for Time 2, we will see!

1) please be correct in the description of your items: a woven patch is much better quality than printed. I ordered woven and have received printed. Make this clear on your items listings.
2) please produce good patches - donāt make āofficialā the only reason to choose one option over the other, ensure that āofficial = quality = wovenā
