Tank Vintage Patch
I stumbled across this on EBay last week and I was not able to find anything on here about it, so I figured I’d pull the trigger so I could share! Pretty crazy that it arrived on the day of Algy’s passing, may he rest in peace. Apparently the 1981 single of Don’t Walk Away came with this patch! Pretty cool! Has anyone seen these before?

I was going to snag this one! Pretty cool. I was told the “patch” is more of a sticker.

Yeah it kind of is! It does have an adhesive backing. Doesn’t really make sense. I’m also not sure how it would hold up on a jacket. I have a vintage Raven embroidered patch that also has an adhesive backing like this. I guess someone was trying to make it a thing in the early 80’s

Definitely interesting. I’m sure someone born back then could tell us. Lol! My guess is that it’s either a textured sticker or a glue-on patch meant to stick and go (sounds very '80s).
