The new one is a bootleg, the reasons are : the maker doesn't like the glitter thread on this one.

Making a bootleg of a patch whose official version is still available... I don't wanna sound like a jerk but it's stupid to say the least...

Actually there is 2 official versions of this, both with glitter thread, then there is also a newer bootleg from Greece without the glitter thread (and various embroidered bootlegs)

Both patches are very similar, but you can tell the age difference in the weave, although the best way to tell the difference is the backing of the patch

They just wanted a none glitter version, I can get that, I don't think it is too bad really, aesthetically of course.

Yeah the patch looks good, but I meant there are already too many official patches as to start bootlegging them all, bootlegs will end up flooding the markets..

And sure it is a killer album!

old patch has old borders and different pentagram (official new one has longer pentagram- see the bottom).
First edition of this old patch has white felt (backside of the patch).
I have same patch like doyle.
