He scalps for INSANE prices. The second something is sold out he list it on eBay or Etsy for well over $120-150, I remember him selling iron maiden patches labeled as "vintage" when they came out only a few years prior

Report him on Etsy. They close shops who sell non-vintage/non-handmade stuff relatively fast. A friend of of mine just went through it. Tried opening another shop, got kicked out a week later.
