All of these were released in 2019 and are official woven patches from Pull The Plug Patches.
Pull the plug patches started in 2018 so these are pretty rare.
Each patch is limited to 50 copies (25/25 of each border)
In my opinion 2018 and 2019 were the best years of ptpp.
