The Dissection patch was originally white bordered but the trader decided to seamlessly paint the borders black (and expertly at that!).

That's why I am uploading a 2nd pic of that.

Also the patches at the bottom look a bit bigger than they actually are in relation to the ones on top as you can guess. Am too lazybones right now to fix that.
