Only thing that irratates me is that there's so much lost space between the border and the embroidery of the logo.
That's true, from having edited logos for embroidery for myself, it takes way more time to stroke in photoshop to keep the border close, because other parts of the logo will lose background, which means they must be filled individually on a separate layer, and is more time consuming. Most patch makers go the fast route.

Damn that looks sick! I personally think the big borders look really clean. Usually I like to maximize space but this looks great. 🤘
