If I'm not wrong it was made by late 2010, but the first ones started to circulate by 2011. Although I don't remember any of these the few times I saw them live back then, it was sold as official through their Facebook account and their old (now defunct) label Master's Throne. I bought it when it was first available and back in the day I thought it was one of the coolest patches.

They were sold during their USA tour with Witchaven during 2011? maybe 2010? I can't remember, unsure if sold outside the USA.
