Mercyful Fate New acquisitions

New patch acquisitions. Most of these bands (the exceptions being Tokyo Blade, Venom, and Grave Digger) were introduced to me by my father, who greatly influenced my taste in metal. I decided that the back of my vest will be dedicated to the bands that he introduced me to, and the front will just be other bands that I like. This is a wide variety of bands but they all mean so much to me, even the ones that he didn't introduce me to. Mercyful Fate, DRI, and Saxon are all bands that my dad showed me when I was much younger. Deathrow was the band my dad randomly remembered and didn't like (but I really like). Tokyo Blade doesn't really have a big meaning for me, but I really like them, so that's what counts. Grave Digger was the first metal band I have ever seen live. Cro-Mags was one of the first bands I found a CD of in my basement (and I'm really getting into them recently). Venom was the first (and one the few) black metal bands I actually really like (also fun fact, my dad had a Venom bootleg cassette back in the day that said "countless bathory" on it instead of "countess bathory". I'd love to find that tape)
