Shit been on this site and searching for patches for over a decade and never seen this one. Looks early 90s but possibly a bootleg. Keep it til you find for info. Maybe ask around on Megadeth forums or Facebook groups. Love seeing obscure shit like this

Holy shit yeah I bought it and figured it was just a bootleg but now it's starting to look like it's actually an official one. I was looking for official Megadeth patches to start a tribute vest and saw ones similar to this, but never saw this one either. Got it for like $5.00!

This is a wide distribution official patch from the 90s, although it looks like it was cut smaller than the original 4" square version.

That one is not too rare and should be official. A few of Megadeth’s late 80s and early 90s patches don’t have copyright for some reason when it was already about mandatory, but there are other bands of various genres that didn’t use copyright in the 90s
