Well, I call it a boot. But I refer to unlicensed back patches as bootlegs, which is probably not the best criterion. I cannot comment whether this was actually a back patch "produced by Maiden", or fan made. I do know however that this is an 80's back patch.
There are quite some of these patches with different border colors, logo colors, text and text box colors. If someone knows more about the origin of this patch, he or she can maybe let us know.

thanks for the info, came up with the idea of my next Kutte that i wanna make and want to use this (or the other 2 versions) as the backpatch

I actually have two Blue with glitter versions, this one with the black text box - yellow letters, but also one with a red text box - white letters. So it seems there are even more variations out there.
