Amazing find! I would imagine this is from 1980 since it is quite similar to the large square British Tour 1980 printed patch. For example, the green eyes and green logo - with the difference being this patch is more of a radioactive neon green.

Seems like you're right! I don't have the British Tour 1980 patch, but the fabric and printing looks similiar to the one above!
Also the "Iron Maiden" logo is almost equal!
