What do you make your stencil out of?

when i started years ago i used to made my firsts stencils in transparent acetate in order to practice and improve but soon i discovered adhesive printer labels which i still use for my works. easy to find, cheap and very professional results as you can stick the pieces of adhesive label in the fabric with no problem and take them out once you have covered the whole design with acrylics. try making your owns with that and tell me the results. thank you very much for your interest.
I've seen similar stencil patches made with parchment paper, which sticks to fabric when ironed on it. I'm planning to make my own patches like yours, for bands you can't easily find patches for such as Parabellum and Masacre. I hope it comes out as well as yours.

i haven´t tried that paper but i suppose that when stuck to fabric you will need to use the scalpel to carve the shape anyway. if you can find labels or adhesive printing sheets i think it would be better to start. i will be pleased to see the results when you try, and maybe show you some tricks.
