I'm sorry to say that the patch you have is a recent bootleg that is a bad copy of this original vtg design. If you put the images of the original and the patch you have side by side and examine them a little carefully, you can notice the differences. Apart from this, another tip is that the overlocks applied to the edge stitching are completely different from each other...and above all, the backing material is very too clean for a vintage patch. If it were truly vintage, it would have at least a little yellowish color after all those years.
