Cheers! Some seller on eBay. It’s got an “MDP” copyright so maybe they’re responsible for crafting it?

Morbideath did the limited run of these back in 2015, my suspicion is Patch Depot is either selling the leftovers or they still have the pattern set up and are crafting new ones.
