Vintage embroidered Budgie logo patch with a really nice orange take on their logo. It's not a perfect match, as it lacks some of the detail, but the closest fit for this logo is the one used on Impeckable. As such, this may have been produced in 1977, but was available on the 1978 tour alongside a dated version of the patch. This was standard practice and Uriah Heep and Van Halen come to mind as two bands who did this with world tour patches. Really lovely small patch for one of my favourites bands, and I must thank Left Hand Patch for parting with this one!

This is a lovely thing - a super band, still under-appreciated despite Metallica's acknowledgement of them. Love these vintage patches you keep posted dude, some really good stuff evoking plenty of happy memories!

Thank you mate, that's very kind! Agree entirely that Budgie remain sadly under-appreciated despite a brilliant body of work and the Metallica co-sign. I wish I had gotten the chance to see Budgie but it just never worked out.
