This is a Blood Incantation patch that I got from Rapture Textiles.

The artwork of this patch is based on the album of the same name. However, did you know that the main origin of the original artwork is from Brian Aldiss' novel 'Space, Time and Nathaniel' from 1957? This also isn't the first time that this artwork was used as album art for a metal album. Back in 1995, the Canadian band 'Agony' used the same artwork for their album 'Apocalyptic Dawning'.
