All really cool, but does anybody know why there haven't been designs with artwork from later records like Blood On Ice, Hammerheart, the Nordland records, etc...?

Honestly?
If you ask me, I think its because it doesnt sell as well as designs from the debut.
Anything after that usually means you actually listen to the music. ;)
