It was definitely made in Germany, but I'm not quite sure whether there are 100 or only 50. But I don't think there are different edges. That was a damn long time ago.
Especially back in 2010-2012, when bootlegging wasn't as huge as it is today. The Chinese blokes entered stage way later. I'm pretty sure it was manufactured by Fa. Bernh, as most of the bootlegs that originated in the Thrashers Germany/Metal Hammer Germany message boards.
And this company https://nonvision.de
I also think it's from aufnaeher4u but don't think all the german bootlegs i had at that time were from only there. Maybe there were ones from Nonvision too. I remember a german guy told me many germans recommended Nonvision when you made patches years ago. Anyways, yes, those were very good and yes! many people make patches nowadays..
Our patches have been coming from Taiwan for over 20 years, i.e. from a country where schooling is compulsory and the employees working there have holiday entitlement, regular working hours and fair wages. We also know the management of the company personally.
Taiwan is a western orientated country, as we are very concerned that everything is correct, we do NOT have the patches made in Thailand, Pakistan, Indonesia etc.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
You tried to find out for this? 😆 You did a great job but i don't think there would be someone who would doubt whether it's really made in germany or not seriously after seeing the "aufnaher4u.de" sticker on the back of the patches. Except some patch scientists on this site..
And it took you two hours to come up with this answer? Oh yes, you have just done the patch society a great service. A monument should be erected to you.
Who hurt you :( German-patch fantasies? I just like what i like and said my thoughts about those patches that's all. I also have some patches made in china as well and i respect. :D Sorry if i've interrupted that you trying to be smart here

It's a beautiful patch! Don't see them too often now.

I remember how it was planned in a forum that no longer exists. I bought several directly from the manufacturer at the time.

Very interesting! Do you remember how many were made? I've heard both 50 and 100. Assuming 50 of each border?

Love learning info about patches like that. Thanks for commenting and sharing man!

With pleasure. Even if I couldn't contribute very much.

it is more likely that it was made in China on behalf of someone from Germany.
Envenometal on
I think there was a sticker on the back from the German company that made it. Not everything always has to come from China.

Back then it was still something special.
Nowadays you can get everything from every band everywhere in the most diverse versions.

I believe it was made at aufnaeher4u or another factory in germany
Envenometal on
It's exactly from this company. I also had a few patches produced there.

Not this Autopsy one but i also used to buy some at that time. Especially liked soft weaving with the thick backing!

Yes, the quality was always very good. Here is the link to the company:

You should also ask the company from Taiwan whether they really make the patches themselves or whether another company does it. You never know....

Then the patch comes from Taiwan and not from Germany or China (as Megazero wrongly assumed). That doesn't make much difference to me either.
