Alice Cooper DIY back patch
My latest DIY back patch.Made form kangaroo leather with fabric paint highlights.
About 40 hours work all up, to cut the pieces, glue into place and then sew the whole lot together.

Thank you again man, that issue was not cheap but I knew the value of it when it surfaced and pulled the trigger without- Amazing , kreator was another band that changed my life back then but didn’t all the masters do it back then .

Still don't get how these are made despite the detailed pictures, it just seems impossible to do the tiles on its own in perfect proportions.

I start by drawing the whole design out first on leather and then cut all the individual sections out as a base and the layer on top of those.
That way I know each piece fits in the original drawing.
