Nattefrost Tattoo.

These are two shots (that are practically the same, haha) of my Nattefrost tattoo that I got some time in 2007 or something.

I got this image tattooed not because of Nattefrost or Carpathian Forest, but because it's a good representation of what I, along with black metal stand for. I will be getting plenty of more metal tattoos in the future, but for now out of my six tattoos, this is the only metal related one.

Thanks man! I'm listening to my Negative Plane LP as I'm typing this so this comment couldn't have come at a better time, haha. I do have a passion for black metal, yes. It's more than music to me. I plan to get a few more BM related tattoos. One being the Nattens Madrigal album cover. That one is going to be sick!

Cool tattoo! Do you like Carpathian Forest/Nattefrost at all? You said in the description that you didn't take this tattoo because of CF/Nattefrost. Personally I wouldn't take a picture of a band or a person I don't like, but I understand the idea behind taking this picture on your skin.

Yes, of course I like both Nattefrost's music and Carpathian Forest. It's just that the reason for getting the tattoo was not just because I like the music. It was more about the message rather than that.

Great tattoo so 5/5 but that's not the reason I comment. I will be getting an tattoo on exactly the same spot as you have on this pic in the future and it will be a rattlesnake (for multiple reasons). I want the rattlesnake to be as detailed as possible, I want every scale to be visible and the fangs and stuff... so just as detailed as possible. Now i've read that there are some spots on your body the skin isn't able to handle too small details because otherwise it will flow or something, one of these spots is this one on the lower leg. I wondered if you knew something about this or not. I can't judge from your tattoo since you have a human tattooed and you know... humans don't have scales. I hope you know something about tattooing in that spot and great tattoo you have there. I fucking love Carpathian Forest and even if I didn't it does exactly as you say: It's a good representation of Black Metal.

I wish I could help you out here, but unfortunately I can't. I don't know much about this topic. I have seen some pretty detail-oriented leg tattoos though, so I'm not so sure if there will be a problem or not man.

Doesn't matter thnx anyway, just wondered if your artist said anything about details or not in that spot. Thought I asked since I happened to see an lowrleg tattoo in random Item window, and this topic is kinda in my head. Nice tattoo anyway. Read in on the internet btw, I will ask an artist when I have time to go to a shop. But if so I might move it to another spot. Since it's not for aesthetics but it has meaning. Aesthetics count too btw. Gonna walk with it my whole live won't I??? So that's why I want the detailed scales.

i've never heard of this, but if it where treu. a skilled tattoo artist would know about it and warn you. i have a tatto on the inside of my lower leg, but its not detailed at all (like realy undetailed), so can't say about that spot ether.
but don't worry to much, a good artist knows what hes doing.

pretty hard to explain
comes down to a guy with a big mustache, very simple drawn, people laugh at me for it, don't believe its real most of the time, so you can kind of imagine what kind of tattoo it is.
still it is my favorite, maybe get another one like that on the other side.

Haha, it's on my list but no, I haven't gotten it yet.

I understand what you mean about them (the tattoos) looking as close to perfect as possible. I mean, it's there for like unless you get that stupid laser removal, so it makes sense to be careful... especially if the tattoo is meaningful to you.

Right now I have two tattoos in mind that are next, and I'm having trouble finding a picture of one that I want. It's suppose to be one of the Arcturus chaos star designs (the one on La Masquerade Infernale)... that's no problem, it's what I want to put inside the circle of that star that I can't find.

It's a design from La Masquerade (I think), it's suppose to be a mask with some little tail or something. It's hard to find in a decent printable size. Shite!

I don't know that album but I will check it out, sounds cool. And believe me when I say I plan to never have to remove my tattoos... Nah better make the right choices at the beginning.... If only I did this with woman too...
