CDs, they are 12" so the cds could be stored in the same bins as vinyl. I think they were also made to make shoplifting harder.

in the early 90's..the american Record companys thought its cool looking and it will be the next big thing..but ppl didnt bought them as many as they have expected...and everything turned back to the jewelcases. (i have read some interviews with Brian Slagel..and other company bosses)

They are NOT cut appart i just oppened they can be easeley fixed, any way this is half my LONG BOX collection the other half is closed and some of it with his wraped paper
