Ok, so I bought this comic book about 3 weeks ago and I was reading the last story called "All hallows" and I realized that the artwork for one of the characters is what I think to be the same one used in the artwork for Repulsion's Horrified album. The comic was published in 1982.

I can see some definite similarities. did you do research on the artist? it might just be a coincidence.

I have tried to find out who did the artwork for the album, but I can't find it. I am not accusing them of anything bad or anything like that, I just found it was awesome to see this maybe as like a reference for the artist of the artwork.

I also do feel that the similarities are to great for this to be a coincidence. Either way, it is amazing artwork!

i get the feeling someone ripped someone , or maybye ...it is all the same artist. more in depth research needed.

i'm not sure. it's not uncommon to draw in such a style. i'm saying it's a coincidence until further information comes to light.

I once saw this death metal album which had a movie still of Freddy Krueger as the album cover.

there's the infamous darth vader cover art album. and there's a black metal band from china that uses magic the gathering's artwork for album covers.
