These are my crust boots/käng kängor that I’ve worn for the last 4-5 years or so.
The base boots are steel-capped Phantoms, size 42(EU). Everything was crudely painted by me using acrylic paint and marker.
I’ve repainted them 2-4 times, last time being about 2 years ago. The big tears/holes have also been repaired from the inside as to maintain the mangeled look (not at all water tight though).
On the front of the toes is what’s left of ”VÄND DIG INTE OM” which is a song by Totalitär. It roughly translates to;
”DON’T TURN YOUR BACK” (don’t turn yourself around).
Written on the side of one boot is ”Tro[r] du jag har tänkt[?]” which means ”Do you think I have thought” (as in the consequences). My now good friend, drunkely wrote it on them during Fragile Mountain punk festival 2023.
They will remain a WIP as long as they’re wearable, I will keep on repairing them until they are impossible to wear comfortably.
