Too my knowledge it's a bootleg. The design is ripped from the back of the German rtl tour shirts with this art and the dates of the tour (may also be a boot shirt but I'm unsure). If I had to make a guess I'd say it was also made in Germany just due to where the design is found. It's definitely mid 80s, assuming 84 as that's when the tour was
