Type O Negative - Vintage early 1990's Type O Negative name/logo-type sewn patch.

There is a tiny push-pin hole at the top of the patch. Hole is on the black that outlines the logo.

The patch was pinned onto a corkboard in my childhood bedroom. It was never sewn.
