Late ‘80s rubber patch from Eastern Europe I believe. A number of these around for various bands. I have the one below along with a few others.

So that would explain the weird "couch decor pattern" on the back! Thanks for the explanation, it was in amazing condition when I bought it for a patch that probably sat in a shelf for 30-ish years
