Update from the back and moved the toxik to the backpatch to sew the morbid saint patch on the front part.
I accept any suggestion or ideas for the last free part of the battle vest.

I agree with the aforementioned comments, I think Cancer and Toxik would look best above the backpatch rather than their current position (I don't think there's enough room for patches there but that's just me)
