Done plenty more reinforcement of the butt, and added the legs. Gave them a bath too, because they were becoming offensively rank. Six plus months in the Australian summer will do that.
Made a belt from a tyre too, as my leather one is falling apart.

Tire belts seem like they would last for ever but I have never really have issues with belts, mine is just stained and frayed abit on the ends

Ah yes I'll probably cut them off again at the knees if it gets too hot, though they're already short on me (about the same as 3/4 length pants), so there might be enough air flow to not need to do this. I have a couple of pics of them as shorts up here if you haven't seen them already.
