What's your opinion on BoltThrower's Anti-piracy Policy for their merchandise, specifically PATCHES

I recently tried posting a used BT patch on ebay. A non-official BT patch. It was flagged & taken down because it was reported by; & i quote "the intellectual property rights owner"

I get why they do this, it makes it, so the only merch circulating is "official" but the reality of that is, if one wants to sport something as simple as a band patch, one has to spend $100+ for a tattered old piece of cloth. i think the whole things a little silly but hey i guess it's working for them, cuz it's keeps the bootlegs scarce.

So i was just wondering what's your opinion on this?

(By the way I just wanna state, I'm coming from a neutral standpoint on this subject. I hold no ill will against BT for defending their trademarked material, i just thought it be an interesting debate considering its Metal & patch related)
