Please help with recognizing Dying Fetus T-shirt

Hi, guys! Does anyone know anything about this t-shirt? Maybe when it was produced?

I got this on Avito, a Russian marketplace-kind of like eBay. I don't know If this official merch or not.
This is what the seller has indicated:
T-sirt Dying Fetus-Destroy the opposition
Size L
54 cm ( from armpit to armpit) x 74 cm legth ( 21 inces wide and 29 inces long)
Made in Peru for the American market.
Brand Maldito
Structure 100% high-quality cotton
The print is made using the silkscreen method. This is the most durable and resistant method to external factors.

In my opinion, it's made very well. The disign isn't a sticker. It's even slightly printed on the reverse side. The seams are even. There are no tags except for the printed one. I haven't seen the same T-shirt being sold now. the T-shirt with the artrwork from this album looks different now. Maybe it's tour merch? Do you have any ideas?
