I see (grinding/cutting) sparks in the background and a white handprint on the left. Both seem to be added in postproduction. I remain puzzled about teeth-like looking white things and the red stones. The red/orange rocky texture kind of reminds of those decorative ones used in terrariums. Including the fern looking green stuff on the right. Namely when I rotate the picture right by 90°. It might just be whatever they had on hand put together. I feel like it is probably something of smaller size, like a paper-mâché model maybe, since it doesn't strike me as a photo taken in the mountains or somewhere similar.
Though, I haven't found any review/interview about it, maybe someone else might shed some light on the subject.
